She was arrested under the Terrorism Act for walking along a cycle path in the harbour area of Dundee

The Times made a mistake too, she wasn't walking on the cycle path - just in the same area... I think this makes it worse even though misuse of Terrorism legislation is the most serious breach of state power facing us at the moment...
